It was a very good experience working with Paul and his team. This renovation was leagues above our previous renovation experience. We appreciated his timeliness, organization, and overall transparency from start to finish. We especially appreciated the team's use of a HEPA air purifier during demolition, it was key in keeping most of the dust contained. I am so happy we reached out to the Powder Room Guys to gut renovate our bathroom, after receiving an offensively high quote from another contractor. From the first phone call to the final checklist review, Paul communicated clearly and was completely transparent about every step of the process. His workers notified us when they would arrive each morning and posted pictures of their progress at the end of the day. Tiling and carpentry were top notch. They even painted an exterior wall on the outside of the bathroom free of charge. Paul and his team truly went above and beyond to transform our sad little bathroom into a gorgeous space straight out of a magazine. Paul is a gem and a professional who cares deeply about the quality of his work and addresses any issues immediately. He told me he never wants to hear his clients say, “Eh…I can live with that” and he means it - he wants satisfied customers! I cannot say enough good things about The Powder Room Guys. I am over the moon about my renovated bathroom. From the onset, I was impressed by the professionalism of the owner Paul Badolato and was even more impressed by the level of detail in the quote he provided to us.  He broke down every aspect of the job and exactly what materials were needed to complete each stage of the project.  I had very few questions regarding how the job was going to be done since everything was addressed in the quote.  He was very transparent and forthright in his approach.  I paid exactly what was on the quote which became my contract and not one penny more.

Paul, has 30+ years of experience on both sides of the aisle. Having worked in construction and management he is well versed in all aspects of the business.  He does not simply hand off the reigns to his contractors and disappear.  He checks in, makes sure we we were happy with every aspect of the project and double checked all the supplies to be sure we had all we needed before work began. He will also offer design advise if you ask him and is happy to give you his insights as to what might work better aesthetically as well as practically in your space. He provides you with a "shopping list' of items you must buy separately that are items we need to decide for ourselves like tiling, bathroom hardware, light fixtures etc.  He is always readily available to answer any questions you might have.

Luckily, there were no unanticipated surprises once the room was gutted for the renovation.  But even with that aspect he spelled out things that "might" incur extra costs for each stage of the project so if something were to arise we as homeowner's would not be surprised.  Payments were divided in six installments and each payment was made at the completion of each stage of the project. I preferred having payments spread out and this payment structure which is not typical of most contractors.

Everyone who worked on my project were professional, arrived on time and did outstanding work from the plumber, electrician, carpenter and tiling all a pleasure to work with and easy going.
My home was properly protected from construction debris and dust and they ran a HEPA filter during the demolition process which greatly mitigated the spread of dust particles in the air. They took care to leave things clean at the end of each work day.
We communicated through the Ring Central app so any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion. Pictures of each completed phase of the project were posted.  I signed a contract in June and they were able to tell me to the exact day when they would start my job at the end of August and kept to that timeline.  They said the job would take 4 weeks and it took 4 weeks almost to the exact day. My bathroom which is relatively small with larger tiles and the more modern look it is now transformed and appears larger then it is. At the end of the project the cleaning service he owns comes in and does a deep clean so the room is ready for use and sparkling clean. I found the entire experience to be stress free from start to finish and felt confident throughout.  I would not hesitate to hire Powder Room Guys again and would not consider working with another vendor for my bathroom renovation needs.

We were recommended to Exceptional Glass for our frameless glass enclosed shower. Ben the owner was a pleasure to work with easy going and readily available.
I was particularly happy with the fact that the glass doors could be moved out closer to the edge of the shower curbs to allow for more room in the shower space to move around. We used low iron glass with Diamond Fusion Coating to protect against soap scum and buildup.

I could not have asked for a better experience or greater results. From start to finish Paul and his team were professional, efficient and talented. The bathroom turned out beautifully and getting from start to finish was pretty seamless. The app to coordinate and communicate among the team was a great tool. Paul and his team came highly recommended and they lived up to and even exceeded my expectations!  I've already recommended the team to a bunch of people. Fabulous team! The Powder Room Guys did a great job remodeling the main bathroom at my parents' house and I would highly recommend their services!  They do beautiful, high-quality work!!
Since I live in CA, having the centralized app to communicate with the entire team while the work was being done was absolutely "key" since I couldn't be there in-person throughout the duration of the project.
Paul is an exceptional project manager/general contractor who always answered my questions throughout the process, gave me an idea of what to expect every step of the way and he was great with managing my expectations related to billing/costs so there were no surprises.
Paul and his team did an excellent job with keeping in line with their proposed schedule and they always let me know if someone would be entering the house when nobody was home.
