Your journey will begin with an in home consultation with our owner and this initial appointment can last up to 2 hours.
It begins with a question-and-answer session. You will discuss the goals and needs for the renovation, and an overview of your needs or wants.
During the visit we will create a “Before” 2D Floor Plan based on the existing conditions, while also creating floor plans of adjacent spaces that will be impacted during the build. These plans will also indicate the structural, mechanical and fixture locations. This will be the foundation from which your new design will be crafted and we will need the before plan set as part of the permitting process.
After your site visit you should expect to see your first concept plan version in your email within 48hrs! This plan set will project build notes with images, an “After” 2D Floor Plan with 3D Image Renderings, so you can see how the new space will look! But we don’t stop there, we will also provide you the opportunity to do 2 more revisions, for a total of three concepts to choose from.
Once the build plans have been finalized we will provide you the “After” 2D Floor plan also needed for your permit package. You will also receive a comprehensive finish material checklist with the quantities and dimensions identified so you can complete your planning, budgeting, and shopping process.
Lastly, we will provide a fully detailed proposal to complete your new Bathroom Renovation in New Jersey. This is a paid service consultation, valued at over $1500.00 or even more. Our fee of only $500.00, will get you 30 years of experience, knowledge, and advice, as well as all these documents and drawings to keep!
We also offer professional designer services in New Jersey, for a separate fee, if you need a little more creative insight and direction. Moving forward with us, your design-build fee will be applied against your project deposit.
